Middle Management Leadership in Education - EDCN850

This unit investigates the key role that middle management plays in developing learning and performance-oriented team cultures in primary and secondary schools and other educational institutions as well as a range of strategies to develop these cultures. The unit will be of equal value to those currently in or preparing for middle management leadership roles as well as those in more senior roles charged with responsibility of leading middle management teams.
