Corporate Treasury Management - ECFS850

This unit aims to give students an insight into Treasury Management from the viewpoint of the Treasurer. A risk management framework is developed within which the various functions of the treasury are evaluated. A key focus is how Treasury fits in within the overall organisation, supports the business and adds value to the organisation. This unit looks at Treasury Management from a strategic rather than tactical point of view.
