Late Egyptian Documents - AHPG885
A study of literary and non-literary texts of the Ramesside period in the hieroglyphic script and original Late Egyptian language. Students will read a cross section of genres (tales, love poems, letters and administrative documents) and will also be introduced to the cursive hieratic script in which these texts were originally written.
