Patient Assessment and Communication - AHMC802
The graduate will demonstrate competence in standardised clinical assessment of the hospitalised patient and the formulation of prioritised management plans, as well as concise record keeping, medical handover and referral, and communication with other staff, departments, and General Practitioners. This expertise will be demonstrated by your consistent achievement of Learning Outcomes in the following areas:

6. Management (whole patient, integration)
