This unit provides an in-depth examination of international trade law and governance regimes, including WTO/GATT, multilateral trading regimes, the Vienna Convention on the international sale of goods, letters of credit, the Unidroit principles, carriage of goods by land/sea/air and international commercial arbitration. (Topics to be covered may vary from year to year)
