LAW550: Litigation
Litigation examines and teaches the principles of civil procedure, and rules of evidence in civil and criminal matters. Major topics include: pre-trial procedures; concepts of relevance and reliability in evidence; proof; the nature of adversarial disputation; the ethics of practice; and a critical evaluation of the administration of justice.
