CHIR301: Chiropractic Principles and Skills IIIA
This unit is an introduction to chiropractic spinal technique. It builds upon the material learnt in the 100- and 200-level chiropractic skills units. Development of psychomotor skill acquisition is an integral part of this unit. The hypotheses and scientific rationale supporting chiropractic and its procedures are examined. The unit builds on previous knowledge of spinal biomechanics and begins to explore how it relates to clinical application.
