PSYO919: Training in Organisations
This unit explores employee training and development in the modern workplace context. Students will also gain expertise in training needs analysis, the development of training material, and training evaluation. The practical components of the unit focus on assessing need for, developing, and evaluating training programs. This unit will provide students with up-to-date knowledge about theories and practical perspectives on training and other forms of employee development in organisations. Students completing this unit should be capable of assessing training needs, designing training programs, or evaluating the success of training.
