PSYO915: Organisational Change and Development
This unit provides students with the advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to improve organisational performance through organisational development interventions. During the semester we discuss theoretical issues at the individual, group and organisational levels, and link these with skills and practices though group activities, case studies and assignments.
