PICT904: Strategic Doctrine and Technology
An understanding of the development of military technology is essential to understanding the past and future changes in strategic doctrine and hence policy in international security. Great debate continues whether technology changes policy or vice versa. The unit looks at the two-way relationship in the past, present and future which shape international security studies policy.
