LAW887: International Human Rights Law

This unit deals with the international human rights protection and promotion regime by tracing its historical development, cross-cultural dimensions, and the United Nations and regional (European, American, African) human rights regimes. It covers both individual and collective/group human rights with a focus on contemporary challenges for international human rights law.
