GSE806: Economic Evaluation Techniques

Block teaching sessions: 23-24 September, 30 September - 1 October 2011.

The criteria for project evaluation, with an emphasis on the benefit/cost analysis techniques for assessing social preferences for environmental characteristics are covered in this unit. Techniques used in management, including decision theory, multi-criteria analysis and life cycle analysis, are introduced.
