ECED821: Early Childhood Professional Practice 1

This unit focuses on contemporary approaches to curriculum decision making in early childhood contexts. In addition, students are expected to articulate and critically reflect upon an anti bias approach to teaching. The unit includes 25 days of student teaching in an early childhood centre developing their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a teacher working with children 3--5 years.
