BIOL809: Applied Palaeontology

This unit is concerned with the application of palaeontology to the solving of stratigraphic, palaeobiologic, and environmental problems. The unit provides a practical introduction to the main groups of fossil invertebrates and their applications as well as procedures in field and laboratory techniques and methods. Includes a one day field trip to the Hunter Valley.
