ACES872: Curriculum Design and Assessment in Higher Education
This unit aims to give participants an understanding of curriculum and what influences it, alternative approaches to course design, and the importance of aligning learning goals/objectives, teaching/learning activities and assessment tasks. Seminars will deal with the impact of context upon course design and the crucial role of assessment in determining the quality of student learning.
