Description

This program aims to produce scientist practitioners of high calibre who are well grounded in theory and practice, and capable of moving across a range of clinically oriented areas and of assuming full independent professional responsibility in clinical settings and of maintaining an enquiring research attitude in day-to-day work. The Masters of Clinical Neuropsychology is the essential qualification for practice as a Clinical Neuropsychologist in Australia and is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and approved by the Australian Psychological Society's College of Clinical Neuropsychologists. Students are eligible to apply for registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia after completing their degree. Following completion of a further program of supervision (registrar program) graduates may apply to the Psychology Board of Australia be endorsed in clinical neuropsychology.
