STAT122: Design and Statistics I

This unit equips students with a sound grounding in psychological research culture and research methods, as well as critical statistical concepts and methods. The unit prepares students for further training in research methods but also for core units in the psychology curriculum that require understanding of statistical concepts. The unit looks at both how research questions are approached in psychology, and how research studies are designed, statistically analysed and reported.
