LAW518: Legal Ethics

This is a transitional unit to meet the new admission rules that came into force from 1 January 2000. The unit covers the ethical obligations in the relationships between lawyer, client and the courts, including: legal professional responsibility and liability; duties owed by lawyers to the law, to their clients, to the courts and to each other; and statutory regulation of the legal profession in New South Wales.
