ITL109: Beginners' Residential Short Unit in Italy
This unit, to take place at an Italian university with which Macquarie University has an exchange agreement, is normally offered during the mid-year break. It is intended for students who have completed ITL102 Introductory Italian I or equivalent. The unit comprises three to four weeks of intensive study of Italian language and culture. The aim is to develop students' communicative skills and to give them confidence in using the language. Assessment is by examination at the end of the unit.
