EDUC260: Language, Literacy and Learning
This unit is designed for students who are planning to teach in the primary or secondary school. It has a developmental orientation and covers language development (listening, speaking, reading and writing) from preschool to secondary school, with particular emphasis on writing. Students are also introduced to a number of models of literacy teaching to the English K-6 and 7-10 syllabuses.
