ECST101: Child Development Birth to School
This unit offers a critical overview of current theory and practice in the study of child development, birth to school age, within the Australian social context. Implications for cognitive, social, emotional, language and motor development are examined and discussed. Particular attention is paid to the implications of research and theory for early childhood educators in early childhood education settings
