AHIS371: Egypt in the Old Kingdom
A study of the Old Kingdom introduces students to the pure nature of the Egyptian civilisation, prior to any foreign influences. The unit examines the art and architecture as well as the textual evidence of this period, with special focus on the rich material excavated by Macquarie University in Egypt.
