AHIS219: Latin B
This unit continues Latin grammar from AHIS218 Latin A, and also introduces students to a variety of Latin prose and verse texts and to the use of Latin in areas such as numismatics, papyrology and epigraphy. Some late and medieval Latin are also included. Further work can be undertaken in AHIS318 Latin C and AHIS319 Latin D. Students wishing to take a Diploma or Certificate in Ancient Languages should contact the Ancient History Office.
