PSYO939: Team Factors in the Workplace
This unit will introduce students to basic principles and techniques of counselling. Preliminary sessions will cover general theoretical principles and an introduction to theories of counselling. Later sessions will be practice-based and will aim to apply principles and techniques to a variety of organisational situations.
