LING928: Bilingualism

The unit discusses bilingualism from a cognitive point of view. Topics addressed include childhood bilingualism and its relationship to cognitive development, bilingual education, language attrition, bilingualism in the ageing population, and in special circumstances (deafness and language disorders).
