LAW883: Comparative Legal History

This unit will examine selected legal issues in comparative context. For the purpose of comparison, particular attention will be placed on the ways in which legal issues differed or converged in Canada and Australia. Topics studied may include issues in constitutional law, immigration law, property law, drug law and electoral law.
