ECED826: Leading and Managing Early Childhood Services

This unit provides an orientation to coordination and governance of early childhood organisations through the interplay between micro and macro systems of management and leadership. It includes the exploration of diverse administrative structures, regulatory and legislative frameworks, and staffing, as well as ethical and professional responsibilities of early childhood educators.
