Resuscitation and Clinical Procedures - AHMC804
This unit is offered on a pass/fail basis.
The unit will enhance knowledge and skills required for managing patients of all ages undergoing acute life-threatening events. Skills covering the entire continuum of care including recognition of patient deterioration, advanced life support therapies and transport and referral of the patient in the post-resuscitation phase will be covered. Learning and assessment activities are directed at the application of these competencies in the clinical setting.
