AHMC802: Patient Assessment and Communication
The graduate will demonstrate competence in standardised clinical assessment of the hospitalised patient and the formulation of prioritised management plans, as well as concise record keeping, medical handover and referral, and communication with other staff, departments, and General Practitioners.
