ACES851: Innovation and Change in Educational Organisations
This unit is designed to help participants develop a deeper understanding of educational innovation and change, and of what is involved in successfully leading and facilitating educational change. It will also give participants the opportunity to critically reflect on how changes aimed at bringing about improvements can best be introduced into their organisations.
