Competitive Intelligence - MGSM846

With frequent global economic crisis and emerging nations fighting for leadership in global business, sustainable competitive advantage can only come from unique intelligence, knowledge and understanding of markets, competitors, environments and people (leaders). Competitive Intelligence (CI) is moving beyond watching closer competitors to understanding industries, cultures and innovations in far corners of the world. CI increasingly brings a global mindset of knowledge, cooperation and competition from firms to establish their leadership locally and globally and is being entrenched as a key ingredient of strategic planning and decision making at all levels in smart companies.
