Management Consulting Project - MGNT906

In this unit students will be introduced to the discipline of management consulting and to several important concepts and practices associated with business research. Students will work individually or in syndicates on a live project drawn from a private or public sector company or social enterprise. Both the “output” and the dynamics of the client/consultant relationship are explored via the mechanism of the process assignment.
