Biological, Environmental, Social and Behavioural Determinants of Health - HSYP803

This unit examines the determinants of health in two modules. In the first module, you explore the social, behavioural and structural determinants of health. In the second module, you use a global lens to examine the environmental factors that impact health. The unit facilitates a case study approach for you to explore contemporary and emerging challenges. It is structured to develop your conceptual and practical knowledge of health determinants, which is essential for a career in public health.
