Management Control Systems - ACCG828

This unit is concerned with the design and operation of management control systems, in particular, accounting-related control. There are two main aspects to understanding accounting-related controls operations: control techniques and the behavioural implications of those techniques. Research findings will be used to underpin management control theories.
